Products expanded to forging equipment, metallurgical equipment two major plate. Among them, forging equipment as the company's main products, covering CNC plate rolling machine, plate levelling machine, uncoiling production line, groove forming machine, cutting equipment and other series of sheet metal forming equipment, products show intelligent, professional, personalized development pattern, with complete independent intellectual property rights, some technology to reach the international advanced level, called "national weight". The products are widely used in shipbuilding, offshore equipment, wind power nuclear power, aerospace, bridge steel structure, automobile locomotive, non-ferrous metals, pressure vessels, coal machinery, iron and steel smelting and other fields.
 

Our Advantages

 

The company has a high-standard modern equipment manufacturing base with a comprehensive workshop of nearly 60,000 square meters and a maximum lifting capacity of 300 tons.  It is equipped with more than 100 sets of precision processing equipment such as XKW2840/4×160 CNC gantry milling and boring center, TK6920/6916 CNC floor boring and milling machine, and C61250×23M heavy-duty lathe.  It has a testing center, a physical and chemical center, and a testing center.  The manufacturing process is complete and the testing means are advanced, which effectively ensures the product accuracy and the whole machine quality.

Adhering to the innovation-driven development strategy, the Company, on the basis of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced European manufacturing technology, has conducted in-depth cooperation with famous universities such as Shandong University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Hefei University of Technology, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, and conducted forward-looking and key research projects.  The Company has successively established a number of scientific and technological innovation platforms such as Shandong Province Large-scale Numerical Control Forming Machine Tool Demonstration Engineering Technology Research Center, Shandong Province Enterprise Technology Center and Shandong Province Industrial Design Center.  The key to innovation lies in talents.  The Company has successively introduced 11 foreign experts, Taishan industry leader and experts enjoying subsidies from the State Council, etc. to overcome the technical difficulties in forming and processing materials such as high-strength steel plates, explosive composite plates and various non-ferrous metals, which have been fully recognized by the market and create the maximum value for customers.
